Yes. I provide secure, HIPAA-compliant video sessions for clients across New York State.

What happens in my first session?

During our initial meeting we will discuss your specific areas of concern as well as assess if we are the right client/therapist fit.

From here, we'll be able to create your personalized treatment plan and discuss how it can best work into your day-to-day life.

Do you accept insurance?

Navigating insurance can be a challenge. We want to make sure you get the care you need, and your health insurance or employee benefits plan may help. Mental Health Parity laws require many plans to cover mental health and substance use disorder benefits similarly to how they cover medical or surgical care. We recommend checking your coverage with your provider to see what’s covered.
